Welcome to Stanford and Feuerborn. We are a full service residential real estate appraisal firm serving the Greater Kansas City metropolitan area since 1996. Scott Stanford & Mike Feuerborn have over 30 years combined experience in the real estate appraisal industry. We now also do work in Douglas County, KS-Lawrence and the front-range/Denver area in Colorado.

We have ten full-time appraisers who are licensed in Kansas and Missouri plus two licensed in Colorado. In addition, we have an experienced full-time support staff which enables us to provide reliable, professional appraisals and unbeatable turnaround time.

Valuations include conventional and FHA single family/condo/multi-family, new construction, PMI removal, relocation, upper bracket, estate and dissolution valuations, and residential rural acreage.
