• Appraisals are completed within 24 hours after an inspection date, unless unique circumstances require additional time, in which case the appraiser will notify the client. Same-day turnarounds can be provided for rush assignments as long as the inspection can be arranged in the morning.

• All appraisals are sent to client-provided e-mail address(es), unless other arrangements are requested.

• A verbal reporting of the final appraised value is available upon request to the client upon completion of the appraisal.

• Upon receipt of appraisal request, the appraiser makes prompt contact to set up the appraisal inspection. Appointment contacts are made the same day that appraisal orders are received (prior to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday).  Every attempt is made to schedule inspections as soon as possible.

• Preliminary data research is completed prior to appraisal inspections.  If there are some questions in regards to the comparable searches in relation to the subject property, contact will be made with the client before the inspection is done.

• Experienced appraisers professionally perform good quality appraisals.  Any follow-up pertaining to a particular report is done promptly and willingly.
