APPRAISAL TRANSFER POLICY
When an appraisal is ordered it is property of the lender placing the order.  We are only able to release this appraisal to another lender if the original lender sends Stanford and Feuerborn a written request for the transfer to be made.  Before the appraisal is sent we will confirm payment for the order by either lender A or B as to not lose the responsibility for payment during the course of the transfer.  A fee will be assessed for this transfer to cover revisions to the documents.
